JLL sought to celebrate and amplify their commitment to fostering a more inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ employees across their global organisation. To support this important initiative, I developed a custom typographic approach using the ‘Gilbert’ font, inspired by Gilbert Baker, the creator of the iconic Rainbow Flag, helping to visually reinforce their message of #buildingpride.
This thoughtfully crafted typography became a powerful symbol of diversity and inclusion, positioning JLL as a responsible employer and a leader in LGBTQ+ advocacy within the industry. By embracing this forward thinking approach, JLL not only strengthened its own workplace culture but also inspired greater inclusivity and motivation among its clients and partners worldwide.
