Condeco is a global leader in workspace management and resource scheduling software, helping organisations around the world embrace and enable flexible working. As pioneers in their field, they needed a brand identity that reflected their precision, alignment, and forward-thinking approach.

I led the creation of a new visual identity, starting from initial concept through to execution. At the core of the identity is the Condeco Star, a symbol designed to represent the brand’s foundational pillars of precision, unity, and alignment, while introducing a fourth element: the freedom and flexibility their solutions offer customers across the globe.

To elevate Condeco’s presence within the B2B workspace sector, we introduced a bold, modern colour palette and a design system that confidently differentiates them from competitors. In addition to crafting brand assets and guidelines, we also designed an intuitive companion app, ensuring that both internal teams and clients always have clarity and guidance never left in the dark.
