Appearances are important to John Lewis & Partners Customers. How they dress, the tech they own, they're home styling all reflect their 'achievements' and status in life. The Modern Customer identity and platform was created to help support those employees, so they could better understand their customers. I worked closely with internal stakeholders to create the visual identity and brand guidelines as well as external partners to create inspirational films. We also developed an app where employees could easily access this information.
